History
ASCO BV was founded in 1988 in the south of the Netherlands in the medieval town of Roermond, close to both the Belgian and German border.

Because customers were looking for complete solutions, ASCO started manufacturing a wide range of standard and special machines and cutting tables for fabrics in a new workshop in 1990. Thus, ASCO became a turn-key supplier for machines and equipment for the (home)textile and sun protection industry.

Because of the growing knowledge base on cutting and handling (technical) fabrics, ASCO soon started to develop special solutions for a wide range of technical textile handling industries: sign industry, filter industry, bedding industry, projection screen industry, etc.

The ASCO machines proved to be very successful in the sign industry. Several special machines were developed for this industry, including the Salsa length and cross cutting machine.

Because of its steady growth, ASCO moved to a new location in January 2008. Located in Swalmen (near Roermond) and close to the A73 highway, ASCO now occupies 6.500 square meters housing manufacturing, coating, mechanical and an electrical assembly, mechanical and electrical engineering, software development, expedition, warehouse and offices.
